Your information, kept with care.

This private invitation site for Ruchika & Mukesh’s celebration is run by iPAX Studio on behalf of the family. It collects only what is needed to organise the celebration, and nothing is sold, shared for advertising or used to track you.

What we collect

• Your name, and your email if you enter it when you reply.
• Your RSVP: whether you're coming, how many people, and any note you leave. Each change is saved with the date, a general device type (for example “iPhone · Safari”) and an approximate city — never your IP address.
• Songs you add to the celebration playlist, wishes you write for the couple, and photos or videos you choose to share.
• A small cookie that remembers your personal invitation, so you don't have to sign in.

Who can see it

• The family and the coordinators see the guest list, replies, songs, wishes and photos in a private admin panel.
• Your wishes are private to the couple unless the family chooses to show one in the site's lantern sky.
• Songs appear on the celebration's Spotify playlist. Shared photos appear in the private album of this site, with the name you entered.
• The street address of the celebration is shown only inside personal invitations.

Where it is stored

Replies, songs and wishes are stored in a secured database (MongoDB Atlas). Photos and videos are stored in a private Google Drive folder owned by iPAX Studio for the family. The site is hosted on Vercel. Songs are added through Spotify.

Google user data

The site uses Google Drive only to save the photos and videos guests upload into a single private folder, and to show previews of them in the album. It requests the narrowest permission available (drive.file), which only covers files the site itself creates — it cannot see anything else in the Drive. Guests never sign in to Google. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone other than the family.

How long we keep it

The information is kept for the celebration and its memories. After the event the family receives an export, and the data can be deleted on request.

Your choices

You can change your reply at any time from your invitation. To see, correct or delete anything you shared — including a wish or a photo — write to ipaxstudio@gmail.com.
